At KE Essentials, we aim to deliver high-quality digital marketing services including SEO, social media marketing, content creation, paid campaigns, and website solutions. Due to the nature of our digital services, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.
Our services involve time, expertise, and digital deliverables. Refunds are generally not guaranteed once a project or campaign has commenced, except under specific circumstances outlined below.
Initial deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your project slot and cover planning and resource allocation. However, if a project is not completed within the agreed timeframe and a refund request is made within 7 to 15 days of the deadline, the deposit may be partially refundable as part of the refund claim.
Refund requests may also be considered under exceptional circumstances where no substantial work has been completed. Requests must be submitted within 7 to 15 days of the agreed project deadline. Requests after this period will not be eligible for a refund. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If a client chooses to cancel a project or marketing campaign midway, payment for completed work and hours spent remains due. Any remaining balance may be adjusted accordingly.
Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in immediate termination of services and legal action if necessary.
